Lomax Youth Rally 2010
Information Sheet
The Lomax Youth Rally is designed for grades 7 - 12 and this year there will be no classes or activities for young people under the 7th grade. Any young people under those grades will need to attend the adult class.
REGISTRATION FORMS - Excel spreadsheets are used to complete the pre-registration process. You can download, complete and e-mail the form. Also available is the form in Adobe PDF that may be printed and completed by hand or typewriter and mailed or faxed.
HOUSING REGISTRATION INFORMATION- NACO - We have reserved a limited number of cabins at Thousand Trails (NACO) on the Natchez Trace. The cost is $10 per person. If you plan to stay at NACO, please have your group leader complete a registration form for the entire group as part of your group registration. Every young person staying at NACO must have an adult chaperone responsible for him or her.
Cabins have double beds and pull out beds designed to accommodate 4-6 people; however, many groups put more people in a cabin. We recommend air or foam mattresses for anyone sleeping on the floor. People staying at NACO will need to bring sleeping bags or bed linens, pillows, towels, soap, etc. Each cabin has its own private bathroom with a shower and most have small kitchens.
We should be able to guarantee space at NACO if you pre-register by March 5, 2010. We will accept registrations after that date, but cannot guarantee overnight accommodations after that date. If your group plans to stay at NACO, please print out the parking sticker (here) or below and place in the front window of all vehicles with the group going to NACO so that our parking attendants can direct your vehicle to the proper area when you arrive.
OTHER LODGING - Hohenwald and the surrounding counties have motels and bed and breakfast establishments. You will need to make your own reservations if your group plans to stay overnight in one of those establishments. For information about lodging in Hohenwald, you may go to www.hohenwaldtn.org and click on Visitor Information and then Accomodations.
NAME BADGES - Name badges will be prepared from the Registration Form, and ready for the team leader to pick up upon arrival. All groups arriving Friday night or at breakfast on Saturday should come first to the gray fellowship building to the right of the auditorium. Group leaders should enter the front center doors and registration is in the room on the right. The remainder of the group should enter on the left side of the building facing the auditorium through the double doors where they can begin having dinner.
We certainly do not want to leave anyone out; so if there are others uncertain about attending; whose names are not listed; we would like an estimated number at the bottom of the registration sheet; and we will arrange to register those upon arrival.
T-SHIRT INFORMATION - Prices are: Short sleeve T-shirt: $10.00, 2XL: $11.00, and 3XL: $12.00. All T-shirt questions should be sent to: tshirts@lomaxyouthrally.com

CONFIRMATION - You should receive an email in a few days as confirmation that we received your registration. If you have problems or do not hear from us after a reasonable amount of time, please email us at: register@lomaxyouthrally.com .
